Plugins can't package out?

My project won’t package; it appears to be having some trouble reading the custom structure involved in this plugin as well as executing some other nodes that have been added by my project’s plugins. The last time I successfully packaged my project was on a different installation of windows, so there’s a chance that I’m using the wrong Visual Studio installation. When I open my .SLN file it says that both the project and engine are incompatible, although I’m currently on VS Community 2015. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the plugins and Visual Studio to no avail. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
