Radial Damage doesn't always work
I have a grenade actor that off of begin play, sets its lifetime to 5, delay by 5, and then an apply radial damage node. When I test this grenade, it kills my character perfectly fine, but when I respawn and try again, it won't do any damage. I tested it over and over again, and it seems that after the first time I die, there is a huge chance that the grenade won't do any damage. I spammed 50 grenades, and only 11 of them actually damaged me.
