I have tried to install the Epic Games windows installer software, however it doesn’t install the pre-requisites and the application software installer goes to error sequence “SU-PQR1603.” I have tried all the suggested fixes in the forum, especially manually installing DirectX 10 in the “Epic Games” folder, but there was no change in the issue. Can you please look into my matter? For some reason I can’t attach my DxDiag text document.
