This keeps coming up when i try to go onto Fortnite and it doesn't let me on to the game do you know how to fix this

In the meantime: one thing to try would be updating your graphics card drivers.

It’s the same thing for me on your the site says it’s recomended to have i3 2.8ghz 8gb ram and a nvidia 660m well i have i7 2.8 ghz 8 gb ram and 950m and it does the same thing to me :slight_smile:

yes, it’s the latest update :slight_smile:

I installed it 2 days ago and in the first day I could play but when I logged out and logged back in it automatically crashed ^^

Hmm… let me know if you have any luck with the “Email Us” link at http://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/ I imagine they may have more insights as to what could be causing this crash and better troubleshooting steps.

In the meantime: Have you tried turning your computer completely off? (Full Shutdown)

Yes i did shut down it, and the crash is keep on coming
