Particles Not receiving Light at distance

Hey guys!

I have this particle system that I want to fake some sunlight onto with Point Lights. Like this.

But when the Particle System with and the Point Light move further away from the camera, the clouds stop being lit. The light does still affect the world.

Cloud at desired distance.

Clouds at closer distance (they work properly)

Any help appreciated guys!
