I am trying to install ue 4.18 but when downloading reaches 45%, a file corruption occurs in ue4.18 files and it needs to start again

The UE 4.18 downloading reaches 45% when a file corruption occurs and instead of resuming from 45%, it restarts again resuming and repeats it when it reaches 45%. How can I solve this problem?
