I want to create a dedicated server in 4.18.
All the tutorials ask me to go on this link. However, this one is no longer accessible. How can I do ?

The link is not bad. You just don’t have permission. UE4 is open source but it isn’t available to anyone. You have to tie your Epic account to your Github account. Then you will get access to the repository.
Follow the instructions here. It should get you in.
The easiest way is to get it as a zip file. Try this.
It is a full engine and you can build dedicated servers with it. Beyond that you should probably do some research and mess around with a tutorial or two. Then post a new question specific to your needs at that time.

It’s not a page. It’s a drop-down menu.
4.12.5 is pretty old. Maybe the repository is acting weird. Try downloading a zip of a newer version of the engine.
Otherwise, there’s nothing I can do about that. If the accounts are linked then you should be able to download the zip. If you can’t then someone from Epic will need to step in to help you. Maybe someone will answer here but you should probably also contact them directly (contact page here).

What is it supposed to be? The engine source? It’s not.
