Process for releasing custom mod editor builds?

Hi, we’re considering creating a mod editor for our game in the future.
Since there are a few engine changes, it’s not possible to use the standard launcher version for this.

I’ve found a section in the license agreement that we could distribute this editor build using your launcher, but absolutely zero information on how this is done. I’m assuming it would have to be approved somehow? Does anyone know more?

In short, we get an editor distribution agreement in place, review your build for a number of items, receive a EULA for your mod kit and assets for the launcher. Then, we orchestrate the time and date of the release.
