Is there a way to add volumetric lighting to a spotlight element?

Here’s what I have in mind, a spotlight or separate component that projects a visible cone, and elements caught in the projection cast a shadow within. How do I accomplish this with UE4? Thanks

If you look at our Trello UE4 Roadmap you will see that this is a planned feature. Currently it is backlogged/wishlist which means it’s high on our priority list, but we’ve just not gotten to it yet.
