As the title above states I have issues with the launcher whenever I try to install fortnite BR. I have liked some screenshots of the issue I face. I have not been able to find a solution despite multiple days of googling for fixes, etc. It’s something about missing UE4PrereqSetup_x64.msi but I don’t know what that is or how to fix it.
I have linked my DxDiag.txt and a screenshot of what I see as well in hopes you can help me fix this.

I’m stuck here, I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling run as admin checked permissions, etc.
