How do I make two separate UV maps match each other?

Hello people.

This is a little city street I’m starting to build:

As you can see, there are two sets of four dual-lane roads which are separated by a white, un-textured object. In this textured object. I want that un-textured object to be an intersection. I’d like to texture the intersection so it looks like it’s part of the road. I’ve messed around a lot with this and, because of the different sizes of faces, it doesn’t work out great. Is there a way, without joining the intersection and road, to make the intersection appear like it’s part of the road?
