Sequence recorder actor rotation changes when rendered

Hi,

I have an issue with rendering a sequence as a movie. It seems to just be with projectiles. Their rotation is fine in a recorded sequence:

But when rendered as a movie their rotation is not being changed:

Tried in 4.17 and 4.18. Replicate-able in default first person project with a different mesh and rotation follows velocity option ticked in the projectile.

Thanks for any help.

Problem isn’t happening in 4.19.0 Preview 5. Guessing it’s a bug in 4.17/18.
