So one day I was trying to play Fortnite Battle Royale then it told me to login I put the right stuff in but it kept saying you can’t play on this platform I was on Xbox by the way but and it kept on so I jut clicked no thanks I just wish to play fortnite and I got on and I was level 1 no wins no nothing as of right now I have no skins no wins no matches played nothing and I have proof I have clips and everything all my friends tried to help and some tried to contac you guys for me but it just won’t work and I was the best and top of my friends leaderboard and now I’m at the bottom with nothing I have purchased receipts and everything I’ve tried contacting you through email twitter and call places help!
