Can't rebuild lighting with bForceNoPrecomputedLighting on or AllowStaticLighting off

Hi!

Wherever I read they say ForceNoPrecomputedLighting on or AllowStaticLighting off and rebuild lighting and then current static lightmap is cleared and shadow is dynamic.

The problem is that I cant even rebuild lighting at all with ForceNoPrecomputedLighting on or AllowStaticLighting off and when ForceNoPrecomputedLighting off or AllowStaticLighting on I can only build static lighting.

I have tried create UV lightmap custom made with blender, recalculated normals from mesh editor in UE4 (picture2)

I want dynamic lighting, can anybody point me in the right direction from here?
