Epic games launcher won't open

When I try to open the epic games launcher after it installs, it spins briefly but then stops and doesn’t do anything.

here’s a bit of my dxdiag if that helps:

i installed epic games, nut when i try to open it, this happend all the time: Screen capture - 9f37900c583aede3f1222c628845586d - Gyazo . Please help me!
