Can i load a level from a game who's already running on UE4?

Hi, my question is simple. There’s this game on Steam who’s running on UE4 named “Dangerous golf” is there any way I can load a level of the game into UE4 directly? So i can modify the level itself or play in fps mod to test some stuff?
I do not want to steal any content from the devs of this game, I just want to know if i can load any level or map directly in UE4.

NO, not at all, and there could be legal implications from this action. Unless they hand out the assets through a legal channel then your mod dream will have to say discreet.

There are also systems in place to prevent this as well. as UE4 with the way it takes in and reads assets would not allow this either.
