Why does the application for epic games keep crashing on mac?

I just downloaded epic games on my mac and it says updating and then it crashes. Then this bug report thing pops up, if anyone knows how to resolve this please tell me, thank you.

I’m having the same issue and so are my friends. It crashes when you try to launch UE4, any version.

What kind of mac do you have Mac is not meant for gaming but metal was supposed to be if you have a 2011 or higher you can play some games also it could be internet that crashes your game and also when you play Fortnite on mac you will get about 30 to 40 fps on low settings
