Why Epic's Sequencer Demo audio is working and mine isn't?

I came upon a thread that Epic is working on including playing Audio tracks for Sequencer outside the Editor, and I can easily reproduce this problem(bug?) by creating a plain project and create a simple scene with audio and Play in Standalone Game, or exporting the rendered scene .

But… through my process of learning sequencer, I was exploring the Epic’s Demo Sequencer (Subway Reflections) and this is not a problem in this project… you can easily play in Simulated Game and the sounds are playing nicely.

Why this works on Epic’s Demo and a new project won’t?
