UE4 Forum Login Issue

Hi,

I have problem logging into the forum. It gives me this error everytime I tried:

“Invalid Page URL. If this is an error and the page should exist, please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message”

I am able to login from the homepage and AnswerHub just fine.

Can someone help me?

EDIT:
When I hit the sign in button, this URL comes out Epic Developer Community Forums

That URL brings me back to the homepage. When I press the sign in again, it gives me this URL:
https://forums.unrealengine.com/?code=SomeMoreHashCode&state=https%3A%2F%2Fforums.unrealengine.com%2F%3Fcode%25AndAnotherHashCode%26state%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fforums.unrealengine.com%252F

As if they are stacking endlessly.

Thanks for the quick reply S-ed. I’m not using any add-ons including adblock, just a stock Chrome. I have also downloaded a clean new Firefox to try it and it still gives the same error.

You probably have enabled adblock or other script blocking addon preventing forum to access Epic OAUTH.

Right?

Once you click that button:

Does it redirecting to login page? (Epic Games … )

And then it redirects to forum with the error message?

If yes, could you try not to click anything there and just open
https://forums.unrealengine.com/
right after logging in?

Yes at first it was like that, but it doesn’t directly take me to the error message. It goes back to the forum homepage first, but still in a state that I am not logged in. The error message comes out after I press that button again.

Forum (guest) > Login > Forum (Guest) > Error page with that message

Afterwards, as I have logged in in other places, pressing that button doesn’t take me to login page anymore but directly to error message.

Try contacting support by email.

It may take a while to get an answer however.

I’ve tried it, and they gave me this response:
Thank you for your email. This email address is not monitored. For support, please visit http://help.epicgames.com.

I went there then clicked Account. It directed me to my account page, which has no contact at all. I clicked the Unreal Engine one, and it directed me to Support Page → Contact Epic Games for Support → Get Support for your Epic Games Account → Submit Form … Guess what, it leads me to Fornite support form. http://fortnitehelp.epicgames.com/customer/portal/emails/new

This is why I end up asking here, hoping there’s an admin that would see this.

It’s so frustrating, but thanks for trying to help.

Answer hub is community driven. Epic mainly answering Bug reports. You could try to move this topic to that section or make a new one.

15 days since I post this and to the helpdesk (sort of, which apparently Fortnite form) and still no response.

Do I have to be part of UDN to get a better response?
