How do I change the persistent level?

Forget it. I found it.

It would be great to comment how you did that.

To @DoctorBrowne, and to anyone with the same problem, go to Edit > Project Settings in the search field type “map”, in the “Project - Maps & Modes” change your “Editor Start Map” and your “Game Default Map” to your new persistent level, close and open again the engine

Looks like lolorin knows only how to ask, dont know how to answer

I think the problem here was that I had the world composition setting on (what makes that giant mega map for auto bound streaming.) I ended up removed that to have more control and change the persistent level. I think the persistent level is set up when you first enable the option.

I feel kinda bad for not opening the editor to confirm the names and navigation of these things… but meh.

Resurrecting this post, as it’s technically part of the original question…

After setting the project to use the new persistent level map, what’s the best process for deleting the old persistent level map (which in my case, is corrupted)? I can’t delete it in the editor without the project crashing. So I’m deleting it via the project folder. Do I need to delete the built data file for the old persistent level too? There’s currently no built data file for the new persistent level map, which is why I’m wary of jumping in without checking.
