I am using the Car Paint material included in Automotive Material Pack provided by Unreal on the marketplace.The issue is when I move towards or away from my car mesh the material flickers.I am using dynamic lights so UV’s shouldn’t be an issue…

No, but I think it’s related to normal or UV map of the mesh. Anyone pls reply if they got any solution.
I fix the problem. I hadn’t a uv map for the lightmap in my mesh, it was only set for channel 0. Make Sure the uv channel 1 is properly set.
