Virtual Bones unreliable on PS4

Virtual bones are randomly missing during playthroughs on the PS4. Added some print statements based on the results from a “Does Socket Exist” node. Some playthroughs the virtual bones could be found, others the virtual bones do not exist. Seems to work fine in the editor, but something is going screwy when we package to the PS4.

Having this problem on PC builds as well… It is aweful

It may have something to do with setting the skeletal mesh during the actor construction, i am not sure
