Locked out of my account. Error AS-18100

Long story short:
I get home, try to log into epic games, I get an error:
Password reset required
AS-18100.
I go to reset it, put in my email but I don’t receive the password reset email. Therefore, I’m locked out.
I looked up AS-18100 error on google and epic games, but it isn’t even documented on the website. I have posted a ticket, been waiting a week as of posting this. If anyone can help, please do. Even if you know what AS-18100 is, that would help.
I am posting on a new account, but I want my account back because I bought some things in Fortnite.

I am in the exact same boat, only it’s been three weeks. I have purchased Save the World and V-bucks on the account, and can’t play it. Can’t even get someone from Epic to acknowledge the problem. I have received ZERO customer support, short of an automated e-mail saying my case# has been created. VERY frustrating.

Still waiting. Haven’t heard from Epic Games yet. I have a second account on which I have spent money (before this lock-out occurred), and I’m living in fear that it’s going to fall into this abyss, as well. I WANT TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY, EPIC. I just can’t until I’m confident I’ll be able to use the services I purchase!

I was able to get the “reset password” button to actually send me an email by connecting with my facebook account. If your login email isn’t connected to a fbook account, try that.

epic games help me, I can not log in to my account as I log in. This pops up the login window in the upper left corner and under it writes something like “Unfortunately, your account is inactive and you can not log in to it.

I had the exact same problem about 5 minutes ago. All you have to do to fix it is keep trying to reset with the same password until it gives you the message “Password Must Be Different Than The Last _ Passwords.” Then all you have to do is change it to something different and you will be able to log in.

so i came home this morning and saw that i can’t login to my account, because i need to reset my password, so i try to reset my password but im not getting any emails.
what do i do? im really frustrated and extremly scared.

@TSMUnlimited did you find a way to fix. Same exact thing happend to me.

Brothers I found a fix (It worked for me maybe will work for u) Just use vpn and change your country to another one (like Germany and etc.) and then immediately I was able to reset my password. Good luck :slight_smile:
