Opening visual studio, loading projects slow

When I open visual studio, or reload the project after adding a C++ class, it takes about 30mins to load projects. I have tried to re-generate the vs project files on both the project and engine. I am using the source built version of 4.18. How do I get this load time reduced?

I have exactly the same problem these days. Apparently, there is no community here.

Editor Preferences → General → Miscellaneous

Try to disable hot reload
