Dedicated Server Memory Leak?

These were all taken within 10 minutes of each other and no code, or asset changes were made to the project. However, for some reason the memory difference is so massively wide it’s insane.

I am using world composition and the server async loads the levels (this is what world composition does). When the levels load it seems to increase memory by at minimum 300~ megabytes PER level, and I have about 10~ levels.

However, is it normal for the game to have such different memory changes considering no code was changed, nothing was recompiled, and no assets were changed? Should a server be jumping from 2,3,4, and 5 gb differences?

Each time the server was allowed to fully load it would load up to different memory values as seen in the above image.
