Blotchy materials and camera distance

Hi all,

I’ve got this problem occurring with tight static meshes like bricks, the materials display fine in the editor but in game they start off looking rough and blotchy but if you get close to them they “update” to look fine.

This must be some camera distance LOD based setting right? something I’m not enabling or disabling?

I’ve attached an image that’ll illustrate it well.

My textures are all set to no mipmaps and cinematic but that doesn’t affect it. I’d be incredibly grateful for any help.

I’m pretty sure now this is to do with Lightmap Mipmaps, I however have no idea how to force those to be the highest quality however on startup, or at least affect their distance limits.
