Can't package 4.19 to Windows

I’m getting this strange error in 4.19 each time I try to package my project, no Blueprint present an error nor anything, I’m attaching the full log just in case.

I had this same error today when packaging from 4.19. Managed to get rid of it by deleting a sequencer file that was in one of my maps. I had used it to record a flythrough. Got the idea from the answer by Mamba to this question:

More details: My project was upgraded from 4.18, not sure if that matters. Also not sure if this counts as an answer really, it is ofcourse not ideal to have to delete sequencer files. Was easy for me as I only had one sequncer file and didn’t really need it anymore.
