Question regarding replicating the functionality of Engine Tools

Hello,

I’m currently working on a solution to replicate blueprint scripting functionality on runtime. I do this without making any use of editor art assets, nor am I copying or using any Editor code nor any other Engine Tools. Am I in the green here? Is this kind of tool allowed to be sold on the Unreal Marketplace also? Or does this fall under the “non-C++ scripting languages for UE4 should be free & open source” rule?
