why can’t update my email address by myself – over the Webinterface (Account Management)?
How can I change my old unavailable email address?
I have the same problem and still have not solved it.
I emailed here: accounts@unrealengine.com but nobody answer.
As some ppl suggested in a different post, Ill try now this:

change your email address please fill
out this form. It says Fortnite, but
it’s for UE4 support too, just select
“PC/Mac” from the Fortnite Game
Platform combo-box, select a random
Game Mode, and then use “Account
Security Issue” option for Game Issue.I sent a request on sunday to change
my email but haven’t heard back yet,
so be aware it may take a few days for

That is currently the way to request changes to your account. The email address accounts@unrealengine.com is no longer monitored, but Epic will contact you if you use the form.
