Unreal 4.19 HandHeld ARblack screen

Hi,

I have been using Unreal Engine 4.19 with latest version of IOS and an for testing. I have noticed after deploying the default Handheld AR template that ships with 4.19 to the device (ipad mini), the screen is completely black. There is no camera feed. I have experimented with the following settings with no luck; not sure what I am missing;

Metal Mobile Render
Metal Desktop Render
Metal v2 (ios 11)
Minimum IOS (11)
frame-rate: 60
supports : iphone, ipad.

How do you enable camera feed? this is the default template project, I assumed it would just work out of the box. Is there any additional settings that need to be enabled?

Here is a full device compatibility list for ArKit.

is not compatible with ARKit. is the onlyable to use it (any iOS device with an A9 processor).
