r.mobile.tonemapperfilm doesn't work

When you launch(or install) a project on Samsung Galaxy S4 and then enable mobile tonemapperfilm, nothing gets rendered. The screen is just black.

I tried to find out how to fix the problem only to fail.

Also, I haven’t experienced this kind of problem with other versions and there’s no such problem on Galaxy S8, so I concluded this is some sort of bug on low-end mobile devices with 4.19.0.

How to reproduce :

  1. Launch UE 4.19.0

  2. Create a new project (Target Hardware : Mobile/Tablet, Maximum Quality)

  3. After loading is complete, save a level

  4. Open Project Settings

  5. Browse down to Platforms and open ‘Android’ tab

  6. Disable ‘Enable Gradle instead of Ant’

  7. Launch the project on Samsung Galaxy S4

  8. Open console command window and type in r.mobile.tonemapperfilm 1
