installed the new Version of the Unreal Engine.
The MayaAnimationRiggingToolset Folder is emtpy, there is only a tps file.
And the Maya Link Folder isnt there.
What i have to do?

ART is no longer distributed with the engine. It is now distributed via the Marketplace as ARTv1.

And what is with Maya Live Link Plugin?
There they wrote that it’s located under:
Engine\Extras\MayaLiveLink\LiveLinkMaya.zip.
but i don’t have this Folder.

That is a known issue. It’s been fixed internally and is scheduled to be released with the 4.19.1 update: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-56175)
