Ok so I just download the installer which is UnrealEngineInstaller-1.5.1-2214492.msi and when I click on it to install absolutely nothing happens I have no error messages or anything just nothing happens but in the task manager it shows windows installer is open. Please help.
It sounds like an odd issue. I think we are going to need more info to help. This should get us started:
What version of Windows are you using?
Can you check if you get any installer logs? Example steps for getting logs outlined in the MSI (Windows only) installation issues section of this LINK. If you get a set of logs and are comfortable posting them, zip them up and attach to this thread. They might provide a clue about what is going on.

Please also ensure that you are running the .msi as system administrator.
