Couldn't buy V-Bucks using my PayPal account

Whenever I try to buy V-Bucks with my Paypal account, it says “Payment refused by PayPal, please use a different funding source.” How do I fix this??? I love fortnite sooooo badly, so i want v-bucks but the game is not letting me.(My debit card is linked with my Paypal account and i’m from India)
