BP Viewport shows lowest LOD for meshes in orthographic

See [THIS LOG][1] for detail as this has not changed - that log was closed unresolved due to no response.

This is very easy to replicate and the log above has quite detailed instructions to do so, so no idea why STAFF asked for a project upload then closed it.

To reiterate the issue (which is also still evident in 4.19):

In the viewport of a new Blueprint (Actor descendant is fine) add some meshes that have LODs set on them (anything will do which has noticeable vertices reduction at low LOD - so the effect is obvious). Switch view between any orthagraphic and perspective view. In perspective the meshes are shown at LOD0 (highest LOD), in any orthographioc, they are shown at the lowest LOD (which makes positioning in ortho difficult).

PS: The single given user answer does not help as that relates to the main viewport (with a SHOW menu) and not the Blueprint Viewport - setting has no effect.

I am experiencing this on Windows 10 machine.

Cheers (Screen shots follow)
