Building a control rig in A.R.T. Messes up joint placement
When I use ART to build a control rig after painting my weights and placing my skeleton, ART changes my joint placement from this (The weighted version)
To this: (The control rig version)
And no amount of moving or editing can move it to the right place. The movement of the spine joint is made automatically.

The answer is the joint orientation was wrong, You could see it in the first picture the joint was aimed incorrectly. I went back, fixed it, rebound skin, now it works fine.
If anyone needs help on how, I'll keep watching this thread.
