Import .Obj mesh at runtime

Is it possible in UE4 to import .Obj files from file path at runtime?
If yes, how can it be done in c++?

is the Procedural Mesh Component still the only way?

The problem with creating lots of components is that it will result in FPS drop. Importing the obj ‘at runtime’ or ‘begin play’ would be good for keeping the FPS-rate high.

Anyone knows the answer ??
