I am wanting to run UE4 so that I can work on an university project from home, but am unable to open the Epic Games Launcher to do so. I installed Epic Games Launcher a little while ago, but every time that I have tried to open the launcher it goes to an installing prerequisites page, but says it is downloading 0 bytes. I have also run the software as an administrator, during and before opening.
Afterwards it then gives me this error page and then closes itself. I have installing the Microsoft visual packages, but at least for the 2015 version, I have it already installed.
Any help would be very helpful.
