Mesh turns black in viewport, has 2nd UV channel and lightmap

Hey everyone, I have an issue I cannot seem to figure out. I have several meshes being used as pavement objects in my scene. They all have 2 UV channels, 1024 lightmap resolution and are all set to lightmap coordinate index 1. I have a skylight and directional light. However when I build my lighting everything else in the scene receives light except the pavement. My normals are all in the correct direction. Please help!

Whenever I saw black surfaces after light build it was or:

  1. Non existing lightmap
  2. Flipped normals
  3. Missing reflection capture
  4. Black material
    To me your whole scene looks way too dark and the lighting is off…
    …and it looks like not just your pavement is black…
