when I try to play cross play it says I cant join cross play servers and I don’t have the epic friends options and I cant turn on the option in settings. people said to use a different epic account and id be fine with that but I cant use my email because it says “You already have an epic games account please sign in” so how can I do it?

Be sure to include as much information as possible including your username here on unrealengine.com, which gaming console you use, and your account name for that console. Just select a random option for the Fortnite game mode since it doesn’t matter in this case.
