Screen turns idle consistently while playing any UE4 game

I really wanted to personally contact Epic Games about this hyper-niche issue, but I couldn’t find the “correct” avenue. Please let me know if this is the incorrect area to post this.

Games tried: Tower Unite, Playerunkown’s Battlegrounds, SMITE, Epic Games Launcher
I’ve tried playing Smite, which uses UE3. It broke immediately with the same idling issue.
I also have tried using the steam command lines “-dx9” and “-dx11” for both PUBG and Tower Unite, and the idle issue still persisted.

After idle for 3 seconds to 30 seconds, the time varies, both of my monitors go idle and cycle through the connections as if they had lost their connection, saying “No Signal” or “Signal Lost”.

I have tried full uninstall of my graphics driver and reinstall, updating the graphics driver, turning the computer off and on, unplugging and replugging in my GTX 960 into the PCI-E slot, turning the breaker off and on (while the equipment was offline), and a full uninstall and reinstall of all games on 4 different hard-drives (one of them was an SSD).

I have also tried changing the graphic settings on both games for almost every combination and resolution. I’ve spent at minimum 3 hours trying to research this unique, niche issue to no avail.

My specs:
CPU - i7 3820
GPU - GTX 960

External - 2794GB Western Digital WD My Passport 0827 USB Device (SSD)

I am on Windows 10 Professional, 64-bit.

I can provide any additional information, please help me out.

I’m running out of ideas. Send help.
