Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Steam API disabled

I've been trying to set up steam to work with my game and been running into a few issues that result in "LogOnline: Warning: STEAM: Steam API disabled!" and steam not showing me playing Spacewar as well as an inability to open the steam overlay. I've enabled the Online Framework, Online Subsystem and Online Subsystem Steam plugins in the editor. I did try following the Steam SDK installation but this didn't fix the error and resulting in further issues so I'm currently working from a completely fresh 4.19 installation. The project is a BP project so I don't think there is a Target.cs or Build.cs for me to edit.

I've tried everything I could find on solving this but can't seem to find a way to fix it. I've edited the DefaultEngine.ini to include what I have seen should be in it. I'll also attach the Output Log if that is of any use. I've made sure the steam overlay is working and the game is opening in standalone mode. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
