Modo UDataSmith

Hi everyone,

if i’m working in Modo with vray materials , is it possible with the modo bridge plugin to import and recreate vray materials correctly in unreal engine similar to udatasmith import fashion.

I mean udatasmith imported scene is recreating vray materials via the 3dsmax udatasmith exporter , but what if i’m importing another CAD format not fbx or obj , is it recreating the vray materials like udatasmith do.

i’m not sure i’m understanding UDataSmith , the reason i’m confused about it , is the CAD importer , i followed the video tutorials about unreal studio and it says only udatasmith can import and recreate correctly vray materials unlike fbx .
