The UV looks perfect in Maya but it's broken in UE4

I have a mesh that has perfect UV.
It looks normal in Maya. But the bevel area looks stretched in Unreal Engine.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

They look hideous. And at this point, I’ll appreciate any help!!
