Can't build lighting because lightmap is too large?

Whenever I try building lighting I get an error: InstancedFoliageActor_0 The total lightmap size for this InstancedStaticMeshComponent is large, consider reducing the component’s lightmap resolution or number of mesh instances in this component.

I have a dense jungle with quite a bit of foilage and I’ve already tried changing lightmap resolution down to 4 and no luck. I also changed everything from dynamic lighting to static lighting which made no difference to the build. If I decrease the density of the jungle and click build lighting it starts to build. Is there any way to change some settings to keep the density while also being able to build lighting for it?
