Not working when client is out of the Host-Player Screen

Facing a Weird Problem,I’m working on a multiplayer Project… Unable to shoot at multiple Direction when myPlayer(Client) is out of the Screen of Host-Player…But Working fine when that Client is in the Screen of the Host Player… here is the Video Link (Left one is Client,Right one is Host)

Somebody, please save me from this… Even the weapon is unable to print the position of its component…
