Setting activation in Sequencer for SM Component

Hello. What I’m trying to do is a simple camera sequence where events take place along the way. For example, I’ve added a RotationMovement Component to a static mesh, but I don’t want it to activate until the camera is in the right position. But it seems to be all or nothing with the mesh rotating throughout the sequence or not at all. This is regardless of Play, Simulate, or just using the transport controls for the associated camera in the editor viewport.

I’ve set the static mesh to Movable, and I think I’ve tried every combination of settings for the Movement component (see attached images). You’ll see that I’ve created a keyframe for activation(?) to occur and have also ticked the option to “Update Only If Rendered”. Neither seem to help, and I’m not clear on what these things do.

Can anyone help me?
