Pose weight in anim blueprint not working or I'm slow

Hello

This week I back to animations, and few problems, for now Pose asset. As I understand, I can use it instead of animation as simple pose. Here is pose:

This is simple, test pose change in animation blueprint

Pose change works, when aim pose is changed, means animation to selected pose, but with 0 weight. As you can see, weight is set to 1 in blueprint. In game character instead this simple half/aim go to default pose, like a with weight 0. What I’m doing wrong?
