The multi touch control problem of UE4

The ten point touch provided by the UE4 itself in the project setting
When NO.1 and NO.2 exist at the same time, they are touch1 and touch2.
But when touch1 is no longer touching, will the touch2 automatically descend to touch1 or unchanged at this time?
In addition, can the virtual touch touch use MouseX or MouseY axis values?
