Odd lightmaps after building lights

Hello,
When I build lights I always get this bright spots, I tried many different lightmaps set up, but I always get them.
Any idea on what could it be?

Thanks

I have a few questions:

  1. Do you have your lightmap UV set to the correct UV index?
  2. What is the size of your lightmap? The padding between the UV island in question and edge could cause bleeding from other lightmaps
  3. Does the issue still occur if you use auto-generated lightmaps?
  1. yes, it is at the right index.
  2. at the moment is 1024, I had similar thought and I tried to move things around and far from the edge and it did not make a difference.
  3. yes, it does

At the moment I fixed by extruding an edge at the bottom of the wall and making a 90-degree angle, which made the issue disappear. However, no other wall has this issue so I have no clue why this would. Really annoying as I spent so much time trying different things. But I guess a couple of extra faces won’t kill performance ^^

what quality level are you baking on? could the dots be some sort of light bleed? instead of extruding extra faces, you could either try and extend the existing face down so it penetrates the floor, or try uping the bake quality and see if that fixes it.

No is not light bleed I made sure of that, I tried all the best quality for the lighting changing world setting.
I tried also to penetrate the geometry end make sure no light was coming from down or behind, but it did not work. Whatever I do to increase the quality it just makes those spots more defined.
